Belgium | Europe

Ligue Braille, a Belgian association, is helping blind and partially sighted people cope with isolation during the COVID-19 lockdown by reading them stories over the phone and sending audio books in the post. More than 100 stories have been told and 7,000 CDs have already been sent.
